O homem tem nacionalidade norte-americana e foi detido pela Pol\u00edcia Militar ap\u00f3s mostrar o p\u00eanis para uma funcion\u00e1ria da lanchonete que estava atendendo-o.<br>O crime foi flagrado por c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a do pr\u00f3prio estabelecimento e o homem foi contido por um funcion\u00e1rio da casa at\u00e9 que a PM chegasse ao local. Segundo os militares, o relato consta que o autor do crime teria feito a a\u00e7\u00e3o duas vezes, sendo que em apenas um dos momentos foi percebida pela v\u00edtima. Ouvindo o relato, os policiais deram voz de pris\u00e3o ao homem e o encaminharam para a Delegacia da Praia da Pipa para os procedimentos cab\u00edveis.<br>O v\u00eddeo do ato criminoso foi parar nas redes sociais e em uma das publica\u00e7\u00f5es, o perfil oficial da sorveteria relatou que todas as medidas foram cab\u00edveis foram tomadas e as autoridades acionadas levaram o acusado que foi
