Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (16), a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Extremoz aprovoul PL N\u00b0 1.099\/2022, de autoria do parlamentar, que disp\u00f5e sobre sobre o envio de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao Legislativo sobre as indica\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas ao Executivo Municipal.<br>De acordo com a mat\u00e9ria, os secret\u00e1rios titulares e adjuntos ficam obrigados a responder os of\u00edcios ou requerimentos protocolados pelos parlamentares em 20 dias \u00fateis, de acordo com a Lei da Transpar\u00eancia.<br>As informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Executivo dever\u00e3o conter, no m\u00ednimo: a data de recebimento, na Prefeitura da indica\u00e7\u00e3o ou requerimento, conforme protocolo e data do encaminhamento \u00e0 secretaria ou setor competente;<br>Quais foram as medidas adotadas para atender ao que foi requerido ou explica\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada sobre a impossibilidade de atendimento; al\u00e9m da prov\u00e1vel data de concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o do solicitado, em caso de atendimento.<br>&#8220;Muitas vezes ficamos com demandas reprimidas na secretarias, sem nenhuma resposta sobre os nossos requerimentos e of\u00edcios.
