Este projeto visa simplificar a prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao meio ambiente e proteger o empreendedor, fixando normas no \u00e2mbito do nosso munic\u00edpio de modo a garantir o desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel, nos termos dos artigos 170 e 225 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal&#8221; justificou o parlamentar. <br><br>De acordo com Rafael Correia, as mudan\u00e7as visam ainda facilitar a abertura de empresas,\u00a0 gerar renda, riqueza e empregos para o munic\u00edpio. <br><br>&#8220;A simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o das normas de licenciamento, possibilitam uma melhor compreens\u00e3o das etapas do licenciamento, sem preju\u00edzo da defesa do meio ambiente equilibrado&#8221;
