Considerando os votos v\u00e1lidos, o petista oscilou de 52% para 51%. Levando em conta a margem de erro de dois pontos percentuais estabelecida pelo instituto, o Ipec se aproximou do resultado divulgado pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), que registrou 48% dos votos para Lula.<br>No entanto, a empresa n\u00e3o chegou nem perto do total de votos obtidos por Bolsonaro. O presidente teve 43%, segundo o TSE. Nos sete levantamentos do Ipec, contudo, o chefe do Executivo come\u00e7ou e terminou com 37% dos votos v\u00e1lidos. Com o Datafolha n\u00e3o foi diferente. Em seis pesquisas feitas desde agosto, Lula iniciou com 51% dos votos v\u00e1lidos e terminou com 50%. Bolsonaro, por sua vez, tinha 35% na primeira amostra e 36% na \u00faltima.<br><strong>Perda de credibilidade<\/strong><br>Na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de especialistas, a quantidade de erros compromete a credibilidade das empresas. Doutor em ci\u00eancia pol\u00edtica, Leandro Gabiati diz que os institutos de pesquisa fazem parte do processo eleitoral e ajudam o eleitor a entender melhor em qual contexto ele vai votar, mas alerta que a baixa assertividade atrapalha o cen\u00e1rio eleitoral.<br>\u201cQuando as pesquisas trazem informa\u00e7\u00f5es erradas, isso confunde o eleitor.
