As informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o do portal G1.<br>Segundo o site, o pedreiro Deonir Teixeira da Paix\u00e3o<strong> sofreu um acidente de moto no domingo<\/strong>, 9. Durante o resgate, ele precisou ter uma perna removida. Outra foi amputada j\u00e1 no hospital.<br>A unidade, vinculada \u00e0 Secretaria Estadual da Sa\u00fade (SES) do Tocantins, contatou ent\u00e3o a fam\u00edlia sobre o destino dos membros. Segundo os parentes de Deonir, <strong>foram oferecidas duas op\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>: receber as pernas amputadas, ou o hospital as descartaria &#8220;no lixo hospitalar&#8221;.<br>Assustada com a ideia de que parte de Deonir fosse jogada no lixo, <strong>a fam\u00edlia decidiu ficar com os membros<\/strong>. Pouco tempo depois, eles foram entregues ao filho do pedreiro.<br>As pernas estavam em uma <strong>caixa de papel\u00e3o fechada com esparadrapos<\/strong>. Na tampa, um bilhete descrevia os membros amputados.<br>Procurada pelo site, a SES disse que <strong>houve uma &#8220;falha de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; entre o hospital e a fam\u00edlia<\/strong> do paciente. Segundo o \u00f3rg\u00e3o, &#8220;a equipe multiprofissional n\u00e3o soube explicar o tr\u00e2mite \u00e0 fam\u00edlia&#8221;.<br>Em casos de amputa\u00e7\u00e3o, uma norma da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa) determina o que deve ser feito com os membros. O protocolo define que a unidade de sa\u00fade respons\u00e1vel pela remo\u00e7\u00e3o deve <strong>contatar familiares do paciente e orientar sobre o procedimento<\/strong>.<br>Segundo a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, deve ser explicada a necessidade da amputa\u00e7\u00e3o para proteger a vida do paciente, e <strong>dadas alternativas sobre o descarte<\/strong>: os membros podem ser entregues \u00e0 fam\u00edlia ou processados por uma empresa especializada.<br>No primeiro caso, o hospital deve providenciar um documento para a fam\u00edlia fazer o sepultamento das partes do corpo removidas. No segundo, os membros geralmente s\u00e3o incinerados. <strong>Restos humanos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o descartados com lixo<\/strong>hospitalar ou comum.<br>Ap\u00f3s receber as pernas, a fam\u00edlia de Deonir procurou uma funer\u00e1ria, que n\u00e3o soube como proceder. Eles tentaram, ent\u00e3o, levar os membros ao cemit\u00e9rio, mas<strong> n\u00e3o conseguiram realizar o enterro<\/strong> por falta de documentos.<br>Deonir <strong>segue internado em estado grave<\/strong>. Ap\u00f3s a cirurgia, ele foi levado ao Hospital Geral de Palmas, e est\u00e1 na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva
