A cena, gravada no dia 12\/9, foi <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@dr9\/video\/7152323370435038465?is_from_webapp=1&#038;sender_device=pc&#038;web_id=7153243654538167814\" target=\"_blank\">reproduzida no TikTok<\/a>, e j\u00e1 tem quase 25 milh\u00f5es de visualiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuidados com a lentes de contato <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuidados com a lente de contato<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9dica oftalmologista Caroline Lima, do CBV \u2013 Hospital de Olhos, alerta sobre os riscos de dormir com os corretivos visuais. Ela explica que a lente de contato fica localizada literalmente sobre a c\u00f3rnea, diminuindo a oxigena\u00e7\u00e3o do globo ocular. Ou seja, ficar com lentes de contato por muito tempo sem aplicar lubrificante faz com que a respira\u00e7\u00e3o da c\u00f3rnea fique prejudicada e haja maior ressecamento da superf\u00edcie ocular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe eu comparo a c\u00f3rnea com um curativo, quando eu tiro a lente, se ela estiver l\u00e1 por muito tempo, a c\u00f3rnea pode acabar sendo machucada pela lente de contato. De uma maneira mais leve, pode resultar em ceratite, que \u00e9 uma inflama\u00e7\u00e3o na camada mais superficial do globo ocular. Se essa ceratite evolui, ela pode se tornar uma \u00falcera de c\u00f3rnea, que \u00e9 mais grave e pode levar a uma infec\u00e7\u00e3o bacteriana e deixar cicatrizes, como a baixa vis\u00e3o. Em casos extremos, pode haver at\u00e9 mesmo perfura\u00e7\u00e3o ocular\u201d, ressalta a m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A oftalmologista do CBV indica realizar a lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o constante das lentes com col\u00edrio lacrimal e ter cuidados de higiene corretos com elas e o estojo onde s\u00e3o armazenadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando a lente se perde para dentro da p\u00e1lpebra (para tr\u00e1s do olho), a m\u00e9dica recomenda ir a uma emerg\u00eancia oftalmol\u00f3gica o quanto antes \u2014 s\u00f3 especialistas podem procurar os objetos com manobras ou corantes espec\u00edficos para retir\u00e1-los sem danificar a c\u00f3rnea. Caso a lente fique, ela ser\u00e1 considerada um corpo estranho e ir\u00e1 induzir coceiras, irrita\u00e7\u00f5es e machucados no olho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
