Entre as mat\u00e9rias, o PL n\u00ba 328\/2022, que cria o Programa de Compostagem na rede p\u00fablica municipal de ensino.<br>&#8220;Tivemos uma reuni\u00e3o muito proveitosa e emitimos v\u00e1rios pareceres orais em mat\u00e9rias consolidadas. Temos um trabalho firme em defesa do meio ambiente e nosso projeto da compostagem prev\u00ea que a Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o possa criar parcerias para impulsionar esse trabalho. Meio ambiente est\u00e1 na pauta di\u00e1ria, mas padecemos de projetos que tenham efic\u00e1cia&#8221;, destacou a autora da mat\u00e9ria e presidente da comiss\u00e3o, vereadora Nina Souza (PDT)<br>Outra mat\u00e9ria de destaque \u00e9 o PL n\u00ba 327\/2022, tamb\u00e9m de autoria da vereadora Nina, que institui o Programa sobre Pessoas Desaparecidas na cidade do Natal \u2013 PROPEDE. &#8220;Demos parecer favor\u00e1vel porque se trata de uma mat\u00e9ria importante, que prev\u00ea o Comit\u00ea Permanente de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o e Aux\u00edlio \u00e0 busca de Pessoas Desaparecidas em parceria com outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os, de modo a enfrentar esse problema t\u00e3o triste&#8221;, disse a relatora da mat\u00e9ria, vereadora Camila Ara\u00fajo (Uni\u00e3o Brasil).<br>A comiss\u00e3o apreciou vetos do Executivo, mantendo alguns, como o referente \u00e0 mat\u00e9ria que previa a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o em libras para profissionais da psicologia; e rejeitando outros, como o que se referia \u00e0 mudan\u00e7as ao c\u00f3digo tribut\u00e1rio.<br>Tamb\u00e9m aprovaram a concess\u00e3o de t\u00edtulos de cidadania e a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Regimento Interno da C\u00e2mara. &#8220;\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio que se fa\u00e7a reformula\u00e7\u00e3o no sentido de reorganizar para dar funcionamento \u00e0 Casa Legislativa, devido a quest\u00f5es que precisam ser modernizadas, como projetos autorizativos que j\u00e1 s\u00e3o atribui\u00e7\u00f5es do pr\u00f3prio poder Executivo e gera normas que s\u00e3o vetadas&#8221;, explicou o vereador Kleber Fernandes
