Art. 63, caput e par\u00e1grafo 1\u00ba da Lei Federal 8.906\/94, os quais, em sua maioria, se encontram com autoestima baixa e agora estariam mais dificuldades ainda, para quitarem sua anuidade, em decorr\u00eancia das dificuldades financeiras oriundas de uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o pand\u00eamica devastadora.<br><br>\u201cQue fique claro,&nbsp;
