Ele j\u00e1 estava preso em regime semiaberto e cometeu o abuso durante um said\u00e3o.&nbsp;<br><br>A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF) recebeu uma den\u00fancia an\u00f4nima no final de setembro deste ano, informando que a adolescente foi abusada sexualmente pelo pr\u00f3prio pai, em Sobradinho. Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias, a equipe policial conseguiu qualificar o autor e reunir todos os elementos suficientes para representar pela pris\u00e3o preventiva.&nbsp;<br><br>A Justi\u00e7a deferiu o pedido e, nessa segunda, policiais da DPCA cumpriram o mandado. O homem j\u00e1 estava detido por ter sido condenado por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel em 2014.
