Nesta sexta-feira (11), a 5\u00aa C\u00e2mara Criminal concedeu dois habeas corpus referentes aos processos por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o passiva, que tramitam na 42\u00aa Vara Criminal do Rio de Janeiro.<br>Agora, das cinco ordens de pris\u00e3o, Cabral continua preso apenas por uma, expedida pelo ent\u00e3o juiz S\u00e9rgio Moro, da Justi\u00e7a Federal de Curitiba, no processo em que foi condenado por propinas nas obras de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Comperj, o Complexo Petroqu\u00edmico do Rio.<br>Segundo o advogado de defesa de Cabral, Daniel Bialski, esta pris\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo examinada pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal e se a decis\u00e3o for favor\u00e1vel, o ex-governador pode ser solto.<br>Bialski informou que ao longo deste ano, a justi\u00e7a do Rio j\u00e1 revogou outras duas ordens de pris\u00e3o.<br>Segundo fontes ligadas ao PT e ao MDB, Cabral ainda corre contra o tempo para participar da transi\u00e7\u00e3o do governo Lula, seu amigo querido pessoal.
