O pedido \u00e9 assinado pelo delegado da Pol\u00edcia Federal M\u00e1rcio Nunes de Oliveira.<br>De acordo com a peti\u00e7\u00e3o, a a\u00e7\u00e3o se justifica pelas \u201cfalas ofensivas \u00e0 honra do representante e imputa\u00e7\u00e3o de fatos definidos como crime, solicitando que seja feita aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o do foro competente para processo e julgamento, bem como para eventual autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de inqu\u00e9rito policial.\u201d<br><br><br>Bolsonaro alega que foi chamado de genocida, miliciano, assassino, dem\u00f4nio e canibal durante com\u00edcio no Complexo do Alem\u00e3o e em propaganda eleitoral. O presidente reclama tamb\u00e9m de ter sido atribu\u00eddo a ele a responsabilidade pelo assassinato da ex-vereadora Marielle Franco.<br>\u201cA representada tamb\u00e9m teria imputado ao representante a pr\u00e1tica de fatos definidos como crime, al\u00e9m de ter difamado e injuriado Jair Bolsonaro em diversas oportunidades.
