Protocolado na segunda-feira 19, o documento sustenta que o juiz do STF, na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral, al\u00e9m de \u201cfavorecer a chapa Lula-Alckmin\u201d, indicou o nome do ex-deputado federal Gabriel Chalita para ocupar o Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>A pe\u00e7a usa como base uma not\u00edcia publicada na revista\u00a0<em>Veja,\u00a0<\/em>segundo a qual Moraes sugeriu o nome de Chalita para a pasta. A futura primeira-dama, Janja, tamb\u00e9m se agradou com a indica\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme a reportagem.<br>Segundo os advogados, Moraes tamb\u00e9m violou o c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica da magistratura, em virtude de condutas consideradas anti\u00e9ticas pelo grupo.<br>\u201cOs fatos narrados, e comprovados, por si s\u00f3 denotam em gravidade sem precedentes na hist\u00f3ria da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, pois um agente se utilizou do cargo de presidente do TSE para favorecer uma chapa, e posteriormente, arregimentar um ou mais nomes para ocupar cargo pol\u00edtico no futuro governo\u201d, observaram os advogados, na pe\u00e7a.<br>A PGR recebeu o documento, mas ainda n\u00e3o se manifestou sobre o pedido para investigar o ministro do STF.
