O pedido foi feito pela Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) e pela Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR).<br>Eust\u00e1quio chegou a ser abrigado no Pal\u00e1cio da Alvorada durante atos de vandalismo realizados em 12 de dezembro, por apoiadores do presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), em Bras\u00edlia.<br>Na ocasi\u00e3o, o blogueiro declarou que n\u00e3o foi \u00e0 resid\u00eancia oficial da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica com medo de ser preso. \u201cQue eu saiba, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhum mandado de pris\u00e3o contra mim. A minha entrada no Alvorada por volta das 21h desta segunda-feira n\u00e3o tem nenhuma rela\u00e7\u00e3o com ref\u00fagio de pris\u00e3o\u201d, disse.<br>Alvo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o por atos antidemocr\u00e1ticos, Eust\u00e1quio vinha fazendo ataques ao processo eleitoral e apoiando manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es no quartel-general do Ex\u00e9rcito.<br>O pedido de pris\u00e3o partiu da Pol\u00edcia Federal e da Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR), mas est\u00e1 sob sigilo. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi antecipada pelo jornal &#8220;Folha de S.Paulo&#8221; e confirmada pelo o Globo.<br>O jornalista j\u00e1 havia sido preso em 2020, durante o inqu\u00e9rito dos atos antidemocr\u00e1ticos. Com a nova ordem do ministro, deve retornar \u00e0 pris\u00e3o.<br>Em suas redes sociais, ele divulgou v\u00eddeos e manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es que colocam em d\u00favida a credibilidade do sistema eleitoral.
