Preso na penitenci\u00e1ria na Papuda desde que atacou as urnas eletr\u00f4nicas e defendeu um golpe militar, o l\u00edder ind\u00edgena Jos\u00e9 Ac\u00e1cio Serere Xavante emitiu nota h\u00e1 pouco, por meio de seus advogados, pedindo desculpas pelo ocorrido e alegando que foi mal-informado, eu at\u00e9 concordo com algumas a\u00e7\u00f5es do STF .No texto, ele se refere a Lula e Alexandre de Moraes como \u201cirm\u00e3os\u201d.
\u201cPe\u00e7o, humildemente, desculpas ao povo brasileiro por eventuais declara\u00e7\u00f5es exageradas que fiz, ao criticar o sistema eleitoral brasileiro.\u00a0Da mesma forma, pe\u00e7o desculpas ao Supremo Tribunal Federal; ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral; ao presidente irm\u00e3o Lula; ao irm\u00e3o Alexandre; \u00e0 minha fam\u00edlia; \u00e0 minha querida tribo Xavante; e, aos meus amados irm\u00e3os da nossa Igreja<\/em>\u201c, escreveu o l\u00edder ind\u00edgena no documento.
Serer\u00ea diz que\u00a0cometeu\u00a0\u201cum equ\u00edvoco ao defender a tese de que haveria fraude, ou mesmo risco de fraude, nas urnas eletr\u00f4nicas\u201d<\/em>.\u00a0\u201cNa verdade, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhum ind\u00edcio concreto que aponte para o risco de distor\u00e7\u00e3o no resultado \u00e0s urnas, ou na vontade do eleitor brasileiro. Defendi a tese da suposta fraude, com base em informa\u00e7\u00f5es erradas, que me foram fornecidas por terceiros, que, agora, olhando para tr\u00e1s, vejo que estavam inteiramente desvinculadas da realidade.\u201d<\/em>
O \u00edndio tamb\u00e9m afirmou agora ser contra qualquer \u201cruptura democr\u00e1tica\u201d.\u00a0\u201cNem acredito em m\u00e9todos violentos, e\/ou qualquer tipo de viol\u00eancia, como m\u00e9todo de a\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica. Sou um xavante, pai, crist\u00e3o, pastor, criado num local remoto, com muito respeito \u00e0 verdade, e, como tal, entendo que o amor, o perd\u00e3o e a concilia\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o os \u00fanicos caminhos poss\u00edveis para a vida em sociedade.\u201d<\/em>
Preso no dia 12 de dezembro por participar de manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es em Bras\u00edlia, Serer\u00ea tamb\u00e9m desautorizou qualquer pessoa a falar em seu nome e constituiu os advogados J\u00e9ssica Tavares, Pedro Coelho e Jo\u00e3o Pedro Mello para represent\u00e1-lo no inqu\u00e9rito em que \u00e9 investigado no Supremo.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
