A an\u00e1lise do projeto foi conclu\u00edda pelo Congresso Nacional em dezembro.<br><br><br>O petista vetou a parte que fala sobre a obrigatoriedade de inclus\u00e3o na grade do ensino m\u00e9dio fundamental e do ensino m\u00e9dio de aulas de computa\u00e7\u00e3o, programa\u00e7\u00e3o e rob\u00f3tica.<br>Em sua justificativa,\u00a0<em>\u201co governo observa que a mudan\u00e7a criaria conflito entre as regras vigentes, uma vez que a altera\u00e7\u00e3o na grade curricular depende de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (CNE) e de homologa\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Ministro de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (MEC)\u201d.<\/em><br>Lula tamb\u00e9m vetou o trecho que equipara e-books a livros f\u00edsicos que, atualmente, t\u00eam imunidade tribut\u00e1ria.<br>Deputados ligados ao setor digital n\u00e3o concordaram com os
