Ele est\u00e1 autorizado a sair de casa, mas permanece usando tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica e teve o passaporte retido.<br>Os ju\u00edzes federais decidiram por maioria (4 a 3) que o entendimento da decis\u00e3o tomada pelo STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) em dezembro, que revogou sua pris\u00e3o preventiva, se encaixa \u00e0s demais medidas cautelares impostas a Cabral em outros processos.<br>O ex-governador do Rio de Janeiro pelo MDB ficou seis anos preso sob acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de comandar um esquema de propina durante seu mandato (2007-2014).
