V\u00e1rias pessoas usando suas imagens, nome e endere\u00e7o de escrit\u00f3rio, se passou pelo advogado e comprou e vendeu em v\u00e1rios estabelecimentos comerciais e de pessoas f\u00edsicas se aproveitando do cr\u00e9dito do advogado para &#8220;pagar depois&#8221;. O advogado Lisandro Mark \u00e9 conhecido pela sua corre\u00e7\u00e3o e honestidade, o que fez com que v\u00e1rios comerciantes e empresas entregassem produtos para pagamento posterior. No golpe sempre era informado que um terceiro iria pegar o produto, pois o advogado estaria em dilig\u00eancia. O Dr. Lisandro Mark j\u00e1 fez BO referente a cada golpe aplicado.
