No evento a CMN foi representada pelo vereador Aroldo Alves (PSDB).<br>\u201cA cria\u00e7\u00e3o deste local foi uma batalha travada com muita luta e insist\u00eancia, ent\u00e3o estamos aqui para prestigiar e parabenizar os comandantes e todos que formam a pol\u00edcia do estado do RN\u201d, declarou o vereador Aroldo Alves. <br>O comandante do 9\u00ba BPM, Major PM Carlos Henrique, que participou da funda\u00e7\u00e3o do batalh\u00e3o ainda enquanto soldado, revelou a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o que \u00e9 fazer parte da celebra\u00e7\u00e3o: \u201c\u00c9 uma honra enorme estar aqui hoje, comemorando 21 anos da exist\u00eancia deste batalh\u00e3o que se firmou na Zona Oeste de Natal e que \u00e9 uma refer\u00eancia de seguran\u00e7a\u201d. <br>O Coronel PM Ant\u00f4nio Marinho, do Comando de Policiamento Capital (CPC), refor\u00e7ou tamb\u00e9m a import\u00e2ncia do batalh\u00e3o para a regi\u00e3o. \u201cO 9\u00ba BPM \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo policiamento ostensivo e preventivo na Zona Oeste de Natal, que \u00e9 uma grande \u00e1rea e acaba por ter grandes conflitos sociais, ent\u00e3o \u00e9 gra\u00e7as ao esfor\u00e7o dos policiais que est\u00e3o aqui desde o
