Martins e Willame Medeiros, procuraram a Semtas &#8211; Secretaria respons\u00e1vel pela regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os para tentar destravar essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>&#8220;\u00c9 um verdadeiro absurdo e um grande descaso para com os cidad\u00e3os, pois, as pessoas que necessitam dos servi\u00e7os, em sua maioria, n\u00e3o conseguem fazer o agendamento pelo aplicativo disponibilizado pela Prefeitura&#8221; afirma o advogado Bruno Gomes.<br>Os agendamentos s\u00e3o abertos a cada 15 dias no aplicativo, mas existe uma grande dificuldade para realizar o servi\u00e7o.<br>Em dilig\u00eancia na Semtas, os advogados tiveram a informa\u00e7\u00e3o que existe mais de 32 mil fam\u00edlias com o cadastro desatualizado em Natal\/RN.<br>Os advogados protocolaram um requerimento presencial no intuito de desburocratizar o acesso ao servi\u00e7o essencial a popula\u00e7\u00e3o que vem tendo cerceado os seus direitos fundamentais.<br>Se n\u00e3o houver resposta significativa do \u00f3rg\u00e3o em prazo h\u00e1bil, os advogados afirmam que tomar\u00e3o todas as medidas judiciais cab\u00edveis para que a constrangedora situa\u00e7\u00e3o em que se encontram essas fam\u00edlias seja
