Pelo projeto, o sistema \u00e9 utilizado nas Ouvidorias de institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, otimizando processos e diminuindo tempo m\u00e9dio de respostas.<br>&#8220;O TCE\/RN intermedia este processo por ter tido \u00eaxito na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da ferramenta e \u00e9 uma satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o fazer parte deste processo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o no servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico, garantindo mais qualidade e celeridade \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es e, em breve, levaremos esta tecnologia para a nossa C\u00e2mara de Parnamirim&#8221;, afirmou Wolney Fran\u00e7a, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 o presidente Eleito da FECAM\/RN.<br> <br>No evento, que teve a presen\u00e7a da Ouvidora da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Parnamirim, Maria Edinara Mesquita Bueno, o documento foi assinado pelo Conselheiro Presidente do TCE\/RN, Gilberto Jales, pelo Conselheiro da Escola de Contas do TCE\/RN, Tarc\u00edsio Costa, pelo atual presidente da FECAM\/RN, vereador Ivanildo do Hospital, e pelo Diretor Geral do Inst. Metr\u00f3pole Digital, Jos\u00e9 Ivonildo do R\u00eago.
