A Justi\u00e7a determinou que operadoras de telefonia e lojas de aplicativos retirem o Telegram do ar imediatamente. A decis\u00e3o acontece ap\u00f3s o aplicativo de mensagens n\u00e3o entregar \u00e0 PF todos os dados sobre grupos neonazistas da plataforma solicitados pela corpora\u00e7\u00e3o.
De acordo com a PF, as empresas de telefonia Vivo, Claro, Tim e Oi e o Google a Apple, respons\u00e1vel pelas lojas de aplicativos Playstore e App Store v\u00e3o receber o of\u00edcio sobre a suspens\u00e3o do Telegram ainda nesta tarde (26).
O Telegram chegou a entregar parte dos dados pedidos pela PF na sexta-feira (21), ap\u00f3s a pedir uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o do Judici\u00e1rio brasileiro.
Por\u00e9m, a PF quer contatos e dados dos integrantes e administradores de um grupo com conte\u00fado neonazista. E, segundo a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, o Telegram n\u00e3o forneceu os n\u00fameros de telefone.
A Justi\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m ampliou a multa aplicada ao Telegram por n\u00e3o entregar os dados de R$ 100 mil para R$ 1 milh\u00e3o por dia de recusa em fornecer os dados.
