Enquanto a \u00e1rea do empreendimento est\u00e1 tracejada em amarelo, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ver a linhas de transmiss\u00e3o cortando o lado superior direito do empreendimento.<br \/>De acordo com o pr\u00f3prio Idema, a empresa respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto, a Prime Imobili\u00e1ria, chegou a ser notificada para parar a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto em agosto do ano passado. Mas em mar\u00e7o deste ano a licen\u00e7a foi expedida.<br \/>O documento a partir do qual o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do RN abriu procedimento de apura\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como o pr\u00f3prio Idema, narra ainda que o \u00f3rg\u00e3o estadual respons\u00e1vel pelas estradas, o DER, n\u00e3o foi consultado a respeito do empreendimento.<br \/>Isso porque a lei exige que empreendimentos \u00e0 margem de rovodias (esse seria um deles), deve ter parecer do \u00f3rg\u00e3o competente indicando se aprova a constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>De acordo com o Idema, um procedimento interno foi aberto para apurar o caso.
