Na sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria desta quarta-feira (03), foi aprovado o projeto de lei 30\/2021, de autoria do vereador Herberth Sena (PL), que cria a Semana Municipal da Juventude, a ser inclu\u00edda no calend\u00e1rio oficial de eventos de Natal e com programa\u00e7\u00e3o abrangendo o dia 12 de agosto, data em que se comemora o Dia Nacional da Juventude.
Segundo o PL, o objetivo \u00e9 promover a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o da juventude para o papel de cidad\u00e3o, bem como a educa\u00e7\u00e3o e o debate de temas pertinentes aos jovens, como futuro profissional, relacionamento familiar, educa\u00e7\u00e3o sexual e tantos outros, atrav\u00e9s de atividades socioeducacionais, de lazer, culturais e esportivas.
\u201cEsperamos muito dos jovens, mas paradoxalmente parecemos esquecer as dificuldades que a juventude enfrenta. Queremos com esse projeto, fazer da Semana Municipal da Juventude um per\u00edodo de reflex\u00e3o, debate e de protagonismo dos jovens natalenses. E consequentemente ampliar a discuss\u00e3o sobre a\u00e7\u00f5es direcionadas \u00e0 melhoria das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida deles, promover a inclus\u00e3o, entretenimento e participa\u00e7\u00e3o social, por meio de atividades integradas, al\u00e9m de inserir a pauta da juventude nas agendas pol\u00edticas e contribui para a formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos dos jovens e suscitar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica deles\u201d, justificou o autor.
Na mesma sess\u00e3o, o plen\u00e1rio iniciou a discuss\u00e3o do projeto de lei 239\/2022, de autoria do vereador Milklei Leite (PV), que disp\u00f5e sobre a campanha Julho Sem Pl\u00e1stico em Natal, com o intuito educar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o uso e o descarte correto do material, bem como propor alternativas de reciclagem e substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do pl\u00e1stico por materiais compost\u00e1veis ou biodegrad\u00e1veis no uso dom\u00e9stico e comercial, em itens como copos, sacolas, canudos e tantos outros utilizados cotidianamente.
