Pessoas \u201cdeclaradamente gays e l\u00e9sbicas\u201d, bem como \u201cpretas\u201d, tamb\u00e9m estariam em vantagem.<br>Al\u00e9m disso, de acordo com publica\u00e7\u00e3o do Pol\u00edtica Livre, o edital comunicatva que \u201cn\u00e3o haver\u00e1 em nenhuma hip\u00f3tese, de pessoas cisg\u00eanera heterossexuais\u201d.<br>A iniciativa do juiz, no entanto, foi vetada pelo desembargador Jos\u00e9 Rocha Rotondano, do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a da Bahia (TJ-BA). Ao falar sobre o veto, M\u00e1rio Gomes afirmou que o corregedor \u00e9 \u201cgay n\u00e3o assumido\u201d<br>\u201cO que me causou maior inc\u00f4modo \u00e9 que essa determina\u00e7\u00e3o tenha vindo de um corregedor que \u00e9 gay, ainda que ele n\u00e3o se assuma. Isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 fofoca. Tem a ver com o caso. Sei que ele \u00e9 gay, pois ele teve caso com meu marido, antes dele me conhecer, ele foi casado com um rapaz que era vereador de Mata de S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou o
