Desta vez, o parlamentar enalteceu a decis\u00e3o da Procuradoria Geral do Estado (PGE) que recuou de decis\u00e3o anterior e emitiu novo parecer favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o ex officio dos servidores militares.<br \/>\u201cParabenizo o Procurador-Geral do Estado por corrigir o of\u00edcio anterior que rejeitava a promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos policiais militares por ex officio e acendia uma luz vermelha sobre o assunto, colocando em risco a carreira dos militares estaduais.
