O deputado federal Sargento Gon\u00e7alves, do Partido Liberal (PL-RN)<\/a><\/strong>, apresentou nesta segunda-feira, 5 de junho, um projeto de lei que visa alterar o C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro (CTB) <\/strong>para permitir que os condutores avancem o sinal vermelho durante a madrugada, entre as 23h e 5h<\/strong><\/a>, desde que respeitem o limite de velocidade de 30 km\/h.
A proposta do deputado consiste em inserir o artigo 44-B e seu par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico no CTB, al\u00e9m de incluir uma exce\u00e7\u00e3o no artigo 208, a fim de regulamentar essa possibilidade<\/strong>. De acordo com a justificativa do parlamentar, o projeto tem como objetivo garantir a seguran\u00e7a dos cidad\u00e3os, oferecendo-lhes uma alternativa diante do aumento de roubos, assaltos e furtos de ve\u00edculos<\/strong> nos sem\u00e1foros durante a madrugada.

Na justificativa apresentada, o deputado ressalta a necessidade de atualizar as legisla\u00e7\u00f5es obsoletas e destaca a responsabilidade do poder p\u00fablico em agir para proteger os cidad\u00e3os<\/strong>. Segundo ele, a proposta busca trazer uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para um problema crescente no pa\u00eds, permitindo que os condutores avancem o sinal vermelho sem cometer uma infra\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e2nsito<\/strong>, desde que respeitem o limite de velocidade e estejam em sentido permitido.
A expectativa \u00e9 de que a proposta seja analisada e aperfei\u00e7oada pelos demais deputados, visando sua aprova\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o como lei.
“Na certeza dos benef\u00edcios a que essa proposta se destina, esperamos contar com os nobres deputados para aprova\u00e7\u00e3o e aperfei\u00e7oamento do projeto de lei que ora sujeitamos a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da casa”, sinalizou o deputado em sua justificativa.
O projeto de lei foi apresentado na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados e aguarda tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na Comiss\u00f5es T\u00e9cnicas e caso receba o avl, seguir\u00e1 para vota\u00e7\u00e3o dos parlamentares<\/a><\/strong>.
