O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Rio Grande do Norte, que possui Promotorias no munic\u00edpio de Maca\u00edba precisa investigar os contratos da Prefeitura local.
No in\u00edcio de 2023 a Prefeitura licitou e a empresa O M DE LEAL MESQUITA (LEAL TURISMO E LOCA\u00c7\u00d5ES) sediada em S\u00e3o Miguel do Gostoso venceu a disputa para o fornecimento de um ve\u00edculo a ser utilizado pelo Prefeito Em\u00eddio J\u00fanior. Pelo contrato, a empresa receberia mensalmente R$ 9.982,00 pelo servi\u00e7o.
Ocorre que apesar de ter vencido a disputa, a empresa O M de Leal Mesquita, n\u00e3o \u00e9 a propriet\u00e1ria da Trail Blazer que \u00e9 objeto do contrato e est\u00e1 sendo utilizada pelo Chefe do Executivo Municipal.
O ve\u00edculo modelo Chevrolet Trail Blazer de placa RLS- 4I36 pertence a empresa RC Consultoria, sediada em Jo\u00e3o Pessoa.
