Dani Calabresa<\/a> perdeu uma batalha judicial contra o colunista Marcelo Bandeira esta semana. De acordo com o jornalista Rog\u00e9rio Gentile, do \u201cUOL\u201d, a humorista foi acusada de cometer homofobia contra o rapaz, durante o programa \u201cFuro MTV\u201d, da extinta MTV Brasil<\/a>, em 2011.
Na ocasi\u00e3o, a humorista comentou sobre o epis\u00f3dio constrangedor entre Marcelo e Claudete Troiano, quando o \u00faltimo cometeu uma gafe ao falar sobre uma atriz que j\u00e1 havia falecido e foi corrigido pelo colega de palco.
A loira repercutiu a cena durante a atra\u00e7\u00e3o e chamou o rapaz de \u201cajudante homossexual\u201d e \u201ca bicha que trabalha com Claudete\u201d. Bandeira alegou que sentiu ofendido com as falas e entrou com uma a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, que s\u00f3 teve \u00eaxito ap\u00f3s 11 anos.
Dani tentou recorrer ao caso e alegou que \u201cos conte\u00fados televisivos, em especial os de humor, que envolvessem a quest\u00e3o da orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual eram comuns e aceitos em nossa sociedade\u201d e \u201c\u2018bicha\u2019 era uma express\u00e3o totalmente permitida\u201d, mas a ju\u00edza n\u00e3o revogou a decis\u00e3o.
A famosa, Bento Ribeiro e a MTV Brasil foram condenados a pagar uma indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de R$ 15 mil para Marcelo, mas o valor ainda n\u00e3o chegou \u00e0s m\u00e3os do comunicador. \u201cN\u00e3o [recebeu o valor].
