Na noite desta quinta-feira, o texto ficou mais &#8220;paladar&#8221;, segundo os oposicionistas. Num gesto inusitado, o pr\u00f3prio Lira subiu ao p\u00f3dio para defender a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o das reformas.<br>O texto prev\u00ea que cinco tributos ser\u00e3o substitu\u00eddos por dois IVAs &#8211; Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os: Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os (administrado pela Federa\u00e7\u00e3o, que harmonizar\u00e1 IPI, PIS e Cofins) e Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os (compartilhado pelos governos estaduais e municipais) que harmonizar\u00e1 ICMS e ISS).<br>Mas foi s\u00f3 na v\u00e9spera da vota\u00e7\u00e3o que o relator Aguinaldo Ribeiro (PP-PB) incluiu uma emenda que daria aos estados das regi\u00f5es Sul e Sudeste maior poder de voto no chamado Conselho Federal. agora para o
