Com esse questionamento, o deputado Coronel Azevedo iniciou seu pronunciamento. O parlamentar citou reportagem informando aumento da arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o com ICMS, totalizando R$ 3,81 bilh\u00f5es no primeiro semestre de 2023. \u201cO segundo melhor movimento de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de todo o Brasil\u201d, destacou.<br>Em sua fala, Coronel Azevedo tamb\u00e9m questionou a destina\u00e7\u00e3o da verba arrecadada, segundo relatos, o Governo n\u00e3o tem repassado aos bancos os valores referentes aos empr\u00e9stimos consignados dos servidores, n\u00e3o tem repassado \u00e0s associa\u00e7\u00f5es os valores descontados em folha, dos militares estaduais, tem atrasado o repasse dos m\u00e9dicos, entre outras a\u00e7\u00f5es destacadas. \u201cSe o governo do RN est\u00e1 arrecadando tanto, o que est\u00e1 sendo feito com todo esse dinheiro, governadora ?\u201d, finalizou o
