Reunindo as assinaturas necess\u00e1rias para seu processo de an\u00e1lise, a PMC recebe o apoio de 175 deputados e mais de 100 colaboradores, indicando um robusto suporte legislativo para a proposta. <br \/>O objetivo central da PMC 34\/2023 \u00e9 estipular a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o das subst\u00e2ncias nocivas no Brasil como um dos alicerces fundamentais da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de 1988.
