Petista defende mudan\u00e7a forma de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de julgamentos na Corte para evitar retalia\u00e7\u00f5es contra magistrados.
O presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva<\/a> (PT<\/a>) defendeu que as vota\u00e7\u00f5es no Supremo Tribunal Federal passem a ser secretas, considerando que as posi\u00e7\u00f5es de cada magistrado n\u00e3o seja conhecida, apenas o resultado final dos julgamentos.
Segundo Lula, a popula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o deve ter conhecido do voto pessoal de cada magistrado da Corte.
\u201cA sociedade n\u00e3o tem que saber como vota um ministro da Suprema Corte. N\u00e3o acho que o cara precisa saber, votou a maioria, n\u00e3o precisa ningu\u00e9m saber. Porque ai cada um que perde fica com raiva, cada um que ganha fica feliz\u201d, afirmou Lula durante sua live semanal.
De acordo com o mandat\u00e1rio, \u00e9 \u201cpreciso mudar o que est\u00e1 acontecendo no Brasil\u201d.
