O ex-deputado federal Jean Wyllys (PT) e o governador do Rio Grande do Sul Eduardo Leite (PSDB) discutiram pelas redes sociais.
Ao dirigir sua cr\u00edtica a atributos pessoais da v\u00edtima, relacionados \u00e0 sua orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, quando poderia limitar-se a cr\u00edtica do fato, objeto da inconformidade, o denunciado extrapolou a liberdade de express\u00e3o e atingiu deliberadamente e com animus injuriandi<\/em>[inten\u00e7\u00e3o de injuriar], a honra subjetiva da v\u00edtima.
