Em resposta \u00e0 essa usurpa\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancia pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal em temas como legaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das drogas, descriminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do aborto, direito de propriedade e leg\u00edtima defesa, entre outros, a Oposi\u00e7\u00e3o, atrav\u00e9s do Partido Liberal, Partido Novo e mais 22 frentes parlamentares emitiram uma Nota de Rep\u00fadio, prometendo tomar \u201cmedidas para restabelecer o equil\u00edbrio entre os Poderes\u201d.<br>O Deputado Federal Sargento Gon\u00e7alves (PL\/RN) participou da Coletiva de Imprensa e manifestou sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 obstru\u00e7\u00e3o, dizendo que o Supremo Tribunal Federal n\u00e3o pode e n\u00e3o deve intervir em decis\u00f5es que competem ao representantes do povo: os senadores e deputados federais.<br>\u201dEu tenho certeza que essa \u00e9 uma janela de oportunidade para reestabelecermos a nossa t\u00e3o valiosa democracia e liberdade. \u00c9 fundamental o equil\u00edbrio entre o Poder Legislativo, Executivo e Judici\u00e1rio, para o bem do povo brasileiro.\u201d Falou o deputado.<br>A medida tomada visa frear as a\u00e7\u00f5es do STF e pressionar os presidentes da C\u00e2mara Federal e do Senado a pautarem dezenas de projetos importantes que est\u00e3o parados e que verdadeiramente, representam \u00e0 vontade da maioria dos
