Atualmente filiado ao MDB, o parlamentar confirma que vai mudar de sigla ap\u00f3s receber um convite do novo dirigente estadual progressista, o deputado federal Jo\u00e3o Maia. Eriko J\u00e1come conta, em entrevista ao AGORA RN, que ser\u00e1 o presidente municipal do PP e vai liderar a nominata de candidatos a vereador.<br>Perguntado sobre o pleito majorit\u00e1rio, ele descarta totalmente a possibilidade de ser candidato a prefeito de Natal em 2024 e defende a candidatura do deputado federal Paulinho Freire (Uni\u00e3o Brasil), que o antecedeu na presid\u00eancia da C\u00e2mara Municipal. Eriko diz ter recebido carta branca de Jo\u00e3o Maia para que o PP municipal defina a melhor chapa na elei\u00e7\u00e3o para prefeito da capital.<br><strong>AGORA RN \u2013<\/strong> Ent\u00e3o, essa mudan\u00e7a para o PP significa o apoio a uma futura candidatura do deputado federal Paulinho Freire?<br><strong>ERIKO J\u00c1COME \u2013<\/strong> O presidente estadual do PP, Jo\u00e3o Maia, nos deu total liberdade de apoio para as pr\u00f3ximas elei\u00e7\u00f5es.
