Na \u00faltima segunda-feira (3\/11), um caso da Suprema Corte Espanhola chamou aten\u00e7\u00e3o pelo fator inusitado. A Justi\u00e7a<\/a> do pa\u00eds validou o pedido de uma mulher que teria pago uma d\u00edvida que tinha com seu ex-cunhado com boquete.
O valor da d\u00edvida era de R$ 96,3 mil, e a Justi\u00e7a j\u00e1 tinha autorizado o “pagamento” com sexo oral \u2014 desde que a rela\u00e7\u00e3o fosse consensual. Posteriormente, contudo, a mulher resolveu entrar na justi\u00e7a novamente, j\u00e1 que quando ela decidiu parar de realizar o ato com o ex-cunhado, ele pediu que o resto da d\u00edvida fosse paga em dinheiro.
Tendo como base que a mulher nunca procurou as autoridades para denunciar o homem por coer\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, a Justi\u00e7a concluiu que os atos foram consensuais e que a d\u00edvida estava paga. J\u00e1 a mulher defendeu que s\u00f3 prestou queixas depois do ocorrido, pois teria recebido um telefonema do ex-cunhado pedindo o pagamento em dinheiro.
