O decreto, assinado pelo presidente Lula<\/a><\/strong>, informa que a demiss\u00e3o se deu a pedido de F\u00e1varo, que \u00e9 senador e deve retornar ao posto no parlamento.
O Senado dever\u00e1 decidir sobre a Proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (PEC) que limita decis\u00f5es individuais de ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). A vota\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00e9rito da proposta foi adiada<\/a><\/strong> pelo presidente da casa, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG) para esta quarta-feira, por receio de derrota.
Em fevereiro deste ano, F\u00e1varo j\u00e1 tinha sido exonerado, junto a outros 12 ministros com cargos legislativos, a fim de refor\u00e7ar a vota\u00e7\u00e3o de aliados do governo na disputa pelas presid\u00eancias do Senado<\/a><\/strong> e da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados<\/a><\/strong>.
F\u00e1varo foi liberado para reassumir o cargo de senador, eleito em 2018, para ajudar na reelei\u00e7\u00e3o de Rodrigo Pacheco<\/a><\/strong> (PSD-MG) no comando da casa. Na sequ\u00eancia, retornou para o comando da
