Na ocasi\u00e3o, entre as outras 18 mat\u00e9rias aprovadas, tamb\u00e9m passou a segunda revis\u00e3o do Plano Plurianual (PPA 2022-2025).<br>O relator da LOA 2024, vereador Raniere Barbosa (Avante) justificou que h\u00e1 raz\u00f5es para ressalvas ao texto. &#8220;Temos que ter olhar agu\u00e7ado porque \u00e9 um or\u00e7amento para o t\u00e9rmino de uma gest\u00e3o. Houve supress\u00e3o de receitas pr\u00f3prias, mas um acr\u00e9scimo no or\u00e7amento geral. Ent\u00e3o, precisamos fazer uma an\u00e1lise dentro do que prev\u00ea a Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal para que a LOA tenha sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o legalmente amparada&#8221;, destacou o parlamentar, que preside a comiss\u00e3o.<br>Ele tamb\u00e9m relatou e apresentou parecer favor\u00e1vel ao PL n\u00b0 569\/2023, de autoria do Chefe do Executivo municipal, que disp\u00f5e sobre a segunda revis\u00e3o do Plano Plurianual, no qual s\u00e3o apresentadas as necessidades de ajustes em programas, a\u00e7\u00f5es e metas, bem como o gerenciamento de dados e informa\u00e7\u00f5es para o planejamento da gest\u00e3o entre 2022 e 2025. A revis\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para adequar \u00e0 realidade institucional, social, econ\u00f4mica e financeira do munic\u00edpio, ajustando os objetivos para melhor atender \u00e0s necessidades da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>Outras mat\u00e9rias tamb\u00e9m receberam a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da comiss\u00e3o, como o PL n\u00b0 478\/2023, do vereador Aroldo Alves (PSDB), que prev\u00ea san\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas por discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o em raz\u00e3o de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual e identidade de g\u00eanero no \u00e2mbito municipal; o PL n\u00b0 297\/2023, do vereador Hermes C\u00e2mara (PSDB), que cria a Campanha Municipal de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o e Combate ao Turismo Sexual de Crian\u00e7as e Adolescentes; e o PL n\u00b0 214\/2023, do vereador Anderson Lopes (PSDB), que institui a Pol\u00edtica Municipal de Sustentabilidade e Desenvolvimento Urbano da cidade.<br>A vereadora Ana Paula (SD) e os vereadores Anderson Lopes (PSDB) e Nivaldo Bacurau (PSB)
