No documento em quest\u00e3o, Alexandre Correa pede permiss\u00e3o para \u201c<em>ingressar nas depend\u00eancias da empresa e da resid\u00eancia do casal para retirar pertences pessoais e documentos de sua titularidade<\/em>\u201d.<br \/><br \/>Outro pedido realizado por Alexandre foi o direito \u00e0 justi\u00e7a gratuita, alegando n\u00e3o ter condi\u00e7\u00f5es de pagar pelo servi\u00e7o: \u201c<em>a concess\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio da Justi\u00e7a Gratuita, (\u2026) foi impedido de ter acesso aos recursos financeiros (\u2026) e em face disso encontra-se atualmente em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade, e conformidade com o disposto no art. 5\u00ba, LXXIV da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o
