O Conselho de \u00c9tica e Decoro Parlamentar da C\u00e2mara<\/a> abriu processo contra Andr\u00e9 Janones<\/a>para investigar a pr\u00e1tica de rachadinha no gabinete do deputado. Se condenado, Janones pode perder mandato. O pedido de abertura do procedimento foi feito pelo PL<\/a> depois que a coluna revelou grava\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> onde Janones cobrava parte dos sal\u00e1rios de seus assessores em 2019.
O presidente do Conselho de \u00c9tica, deputado Leur Lomanto Junior dever\u00e1 escolher o relator do processo entre tr\u00eas nomes sorteados pelo colegiado: Sidney Leite (PSD-AM),Emanuel Pinheiro Neto (MDB-MT) e Guilherme Boulos (PSOL-SP).
Na grava\u00e7\u00e3o feita por assessores, Janones argumentava que parte dos sal\u00e1rios dos assessores seria usada para recompor seu patrim\u00f4nio, \u201cdilapidado\u201d pela campanha eleitoral de 2016. Naquele ano, o deputado havia sido derrotado na disputa pela prefeitura de Ituiutaba (MG).
\u201cTem algumas pessoas aqui, que eu ainda vou conversar em particular depois, que v\u00e3o receber um pouco de sal\u00e1rio a mais. E elas v\u00e3o me ajudar a pagar as contas do que ficou da minha campanha de prefeito. Porque eu perdi 675 mil reais na campanha. Elas v\u00e3o ganhar mais, s\u00f3 isso\u201d, diz o deputado, na grava\u00e7\u00e3o.
Na representa\u00e7\u00e3o que resultou na abertura do processo contra Janones, o PL avalia que o repasse de parte dos sal\u00e1rios teria sido uma imposi\u00e7\u00e3o feita pelo deputado.
\u201cA \u2018solicita\u00e7\u00e3o\u2019, verdadeiramente impositiva ante a pr\u00f3pria ascend\u00eancia funcional hier\u00e1rquica entre os envolvidos, era dirigida aos funcion\u00e1rios p\u00fablicos lotados em gabinete, que deveriam destinar parte dos respectivos sal\u00e1rios para o proveito do deputado Andr\u00e9 Janones, tal como retratado nas mat\u00e9rias jornal\u00edsticas e nos \u00e1udios revelados. Trata-se do famigerado esquema de \u2018rachadinha\u2019 \u2013 pr\u00e1tica ilegal e odiosa que pode configurar, em tese, crime de peculato\u201d, diz o
