A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Natal aprovou, na sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria desta quinta-feira (14), o Projeto de Lei Complementar n\u00b0 30\/2023, encaminhado pelo Chefe do Executivo, com o objetivo de criar Gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o para Atua\u00e7\u00e3o no Sistema \u00danico de Assist\u00eancia Social I, II e III, para remunerar os servidores ocupantes de cargos de provimento efetivo que desempenhem suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria Municipal do Trabalho e Assist\u00eancia Social – SEMTAS. A mat\u00e9ria, votada em regime de urg\u00eancia, recebeu parecer favor\u00e1vel de todos os parlamentares presentes no plen\u00e1rio.
Ao fazer uso da palavra, o l\u00edder da bancada governista, vereador Hermes C\u00e2mara (PSDB), comemorou a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta. “Encontramos uma forma de contemplar os servidores do SUAS, dando um plus nas gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es. Ent\u00e3o, entramos em negocia\u00e7\u00e3o desde a semana passada para que a gente pudesse alcan\u00e7ar este resultado positivo com um reajuste melhor para a categoria, o que nos deixa muito felizes”.
Outro Projeto de Lei Complementar foi acatado pelos parlamentares: o 31\/2023, do Executivo, que melhora a situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos m\u00e9dicos que s\u00e3o servidores efetivos da rede municipal de sa\u00fade. “A iniciativa aumenta o sal\u00e1rio base e reduz o valor das gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es. Conseguimos eliminar, inclusive, algumas dessas gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es e parte do valor gerado dessa extin\u00e7\u00e3o vai compor o sal\u00e1rio. Ou seja, os m\u00e9dicos ter\u00e3o seus sal\u00e1rios valorizados, j\u00e1 que as gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o inseguras”, explicou o presidente do Sindicato dos M\u00e9dicos do Rio Grande do Norte, Geraldo Ferreira.
Na sequ\u00eancia, o Projeto de Lei Complementar n\u00b0 28\/2023, tamb\u00e9m do Executivo, passou em regime de urg\u00eancia. Este modifica a estrutura organizacional da Procuradoria Geral do Munic\u00edpio do Natal (PGM), alterando dispositivos da Lei Complementar Municipal n\u00ba 02\/1991 e das Leis Complementares Municipais n\u00ba 141\/2014, 142\/2014 e 152\/2015. De acordo com a mensagem encaminhada pela Prefeitura, a proposi\u00e7\u00e3o visa promover o aprimoramento institucional que resulte em maior efici\u00eancia, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e controle dos servi\u00e7os na PGM.
Por fim, tr\u00eas projetos de lei em segunda discuss\u00e3o foram aprovados: PL 133\/2023, do vereador Robson Carvalho (Uni\u00e3o Brasil), que reconhece de Utilidade P\u00fablica Municipal a Federa\u00e7\u00e3o de SURF do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, PL 359\/2023, da vereadora Nina Souza (PDT), altera o nome da pra\u00e7a Dom Marcolino Dantas, no bairro Tirol, para pra\u00e7a Governador Geraldo Melo, e o PL 650\/2023, do vereador Raniere Barbosa (Sem Partido), que reconhece de utilidade p\u00fablica a COBFEN (Cooperativa dos Banqueiros das Feiras Livres de Natal).
