Aprovado em segunda discuss\u00e3o, o PL segue agora para san\u00e7\u00e3o do Executivo.<br>A iniciativa consiste na difus\u00e3o de conhecimentos sobre ingresso, participa\u00e7\u00e3o e promo\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades empreendedoras no mercado, al\u00e9m de no\u00e7\u00f5es sobre planejamento financeiro e participa\u00e7\u00e3o em mercados de capitais e investimentos aos alunos das escolas sob gest\u00e3o municipal, relativos \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira e empreendedora.<br>&#8220;Nossos alunos recebem diplomas de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o sem o menor preparo para o mercado de trabalho e a vida profissional. Portanto, o Programa Jovem Financista ensinar\u00e1 a empreender e se adaptar \u00e0 realidade que vivemos. Cabe ressaltar que, historicamente, o Brasil sempre enfrentou sucessivas crises econ\u00f4micas e altos \u00edndices de desemprego. Portanto, \u00e9 de responsabilidade do Poder P\u00fablico ajudar a formar novos geradores de emprego no futuro: os empreendedores&#8221;, defendeu Aroldo Alves.<br>Tamb\u00e9m em segunda discuss\u00e3o, foi aprovado o PL 337\/2023, de autoria do vereador T\u00e9rcio Tinoco (Uni\u00e3o Brasil), que institui e inclui no calend\u00e1rio oficial de eventos do munic\u00edpio de Natal, a Semana Municipal de Conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da L\u00edngua Brasileira de Sinais \u2013 Libras. &#8220;\u00c9 de extrema import\u00e2ncia que o conhecimento da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o gramatical e conceitual da l\u00edngua portuguesa ganhe ainda mais for\u00e7a \u00e0 n\u00edvel municipal, dando a causa visibilidade necess\u00e1ria e levando informa\u00e7\u00e3o a toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o acerca da tem\u00e1tica&#8221;, disse T\u00e9rcio.<br>Mais duas mat\u00e9rias foram acatadas em segunda discuss\u00e3o: PL 229\/2021, do vereador Raniere Barbosa (Sem Partido), que reconhece de Utilidade P\u00fablica a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Assessores Jur\u00eddicos do Munic\u00edpio de Natal \u2013 A.A.J.M.N, e o PL 327\/2023, do vereador Robson Carvalho
