O Procon C\u00e2mara de Parnamirim finaliza a semana do consumidor com o Mutir\u00e3o de Renegocia\u00e7\u00e3o. No dia do consumidor, os atendimentos ocorrem de forma presencial, no Plenarinho Profa. Eva L\u00facia, das 8h \u00e0s 12h e demarcam a semana de a\u00e7\u00f5es do \u00f3rg\u00e3o.<br \/>Amanh\u00e3, 15, ser\u00e3o oferecidos atendimentos com a Secretaria de Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal (SEMUT) referentes a tributos, tais como IPTU, Alvar\u00e1 e ISS e demais impostos municipais. Al\u00e9m disso, o Procon C\u00e2mara realiza atendimentos de forma virtual, pelo aplicativo C\u00e2mera Conecta ou via WhatsApp (84 36456215), para orienta\u00e7\u00f5es e esclarecimentos de d\u00favidas dos consumidores.<br \/>Para o procurador da Casa Legislativa, Thiago Neves, o Procon C\u00e2mara \u00e9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o que atua na media\u00e7\u00e3o para que o consumidor resolva o problema antes dele se tornar um lit\u00edgio judicial. &#8220;A renegocia\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas \u00e9 o melhor caminho para obter a quita\u00e7\u00e3o dos d\u00e9bitos. Pois, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel negociar com condi\u00e7\u00f5es mais poss\u00edveis, como redu\u00e7\u00e3o de juros, maiores prazos e redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores das parcelas&#8221;, explicou.<br \/>SEMANA DO CONSUMIDOR<br \/>O Procon C\u00e2mara de Parnamirim realizou a semana de a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas para o consumidor. Em parceria com a C\u00e2mara de Dirigentes Lojistas de Parnamirim (CDL) e SEMUT foi poss\u00edvel encontrar atendimentos, presencialmente, na Casa Legislativa.<br \/>Do dia 11\/03 a 15\/03 foram realizados orienta\u00e7\u00f5es e esclarecimentos sobre renegocia\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas e outras d\u00favidas dos consumidores.
