Se eu quisesse beijar algu\u00e9m aqui, eu gostaria de beijar essas mo\u00e7as bonitas, e n\u00e3o a senhora, que \u00e9 feia\u201d, disse o promotor na oportunidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A declara\u00e7\u00e3o gerou protesto dos que acompanhava a sess\u00e3o. Em seguida, o promotor fez nova investida contra a advogada. \u201cMas \u00e9 \u00f3bvio. S\u00f3 porque eu reconheci aqui que esteticamente\u2026 Eu menti? Tecnicamente ela n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma mulher bonita.\u201d, disparou o promotor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s as falas, a advogada pediu pela pris\u00e3o do promotor. Em seguida, uma das juradas se retirar do plen\u00e1rio, o que fez o presidente do j\u00fari, Felipe Junqueira d\u2019\u00c1vila Ribeiro, anular a sess\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cConforme acima relatado, durante a presente sess\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria, ap\u00f3s discuss\u00e3o entre membro do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e uma das advogadas de defesa ao longo dos debates, uma jurada se levantou e se retirou do plen\u00e1rio, afirmando que n\u00e3o queria mais participar\u201d, diz trecho da ata de julgamento do
