Em boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, ex-namorada de Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio Lula da Silva afirma que ele teria dito que acabaria com sua \u2018alma\u2019 e ningu\u00e9m acreditaria nela por ele ser filho do presidente da Rep\u00fablica; \u2018Meu pai vai me proteger e (voc\u00ea) vai sair perdendo\u2019, ela relatou \u00e0 pol\u00edcia<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uma m\u00e9dica de 29 anos registrou boletim de ocorr\u00eancia online e acusou o filho mais novo do presidente\u00a0Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0de agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e psicol\u00f3gicas. Os dois mantiveram rela\u00e7\u00e3o nos \u00faltimos dois anos, mas se separaram, segundo ela, depois de a mulher descobrir supostas trai\u00e7\u00f5es de\u00a0Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio Lula da Silva<\/strong>, de 39 anos. O documento cita cinco acusa\u00e7\u00f5es contra Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio (viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, amea\u00e7a, vias de fato, viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica contra a mulher e inj\u00faria). Advogados de Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio disseram que as declara\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o \u201cfantasiosas\u201d e pedir\u00e3o repara\u00e7\u00e3o por danos morais\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como eram as agress\u00f5es <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs agress\u00f5es s\u00e3o de natureza f\u00edsica (oportunidade em que me deu uma cotovelada na barriga em uma das brigas no final de janeiro deste ano), verbal, psicol\u00f3gica e moral, e t\u00eam se intensificado ao longo do tempo, colocando em risco a minha integridade f\u00edsica e mental\u201d, declarou no documento registrado \u00e0s 15h17 desta ter\u00e7a-feira, 2, junto \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil. A agress\u00e3o teria ocorrido depois de a mulher tentar pegar o celular do acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ela afirmou ainda que n\u00e3o registrou ocorr\u00eancia anteriormente porque Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio teria dito que n\u00e3o aconteceria nada por ele ser filho do presidente da Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDe acordo com a narrativa, a v\u00edtima n\u00e3o registrou o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia anteriormente, pois o autor a intimida, utilizando o fato de ser filho do presidente da Rep\u00fablica dizendo \u2018meu pai vai me proteger e (voc\u00ea) vai sair perdendo, eu vou acabar com sua alma\u2019 e \u2018vou falar para todos que voc\u00ea \u00e9 uma insana, ningu\u00e9m ir\u00e1 acreditar em voc\u00ea’\u201d, registrou no documento ao receber primeiro atendimento da Delegacia da Mulher da capital paulista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ainda segundo o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, a ex-namorada de Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio disse ter se afastado do trabalho por um m\u00eas devido \u201cao trauma causado pelas agress\u00f5es\u201d. Ela tamb\u00e9m relatou ter sido hospitalizada com crises de ansiedade e ser ofendida constantemente pelo acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vai ter Maria da Penha ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A advogada da m\u00e9dica, Gabriela Schievano San\u00e7ana<\/strong>, disse ao Estad\u00e3o<\/strong> aguardar determina\u00e7\u00e3o para que Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio mantenha dist\u00e2ncia da ex-namorada, medida corriqueira para casos do tipo. A advogada afirmou \u00e0 reportagem que a cliente est\u00e1 abalada e com crise de ansiedade diante do caso. Pela lei, o pedido de medida protetiva deve ser feito na pr\u00f3ximas 24 horas. Ela tamb\u00e9m citou que a iniciativa da cliente serve como exemplo para outras mulheres tomarem, cada vez mais, ci\u00eancia da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, como a Lei Maria da Penha<\/strong>, e evitarem casos do tipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Procurada, a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong> afirmou que a 1\u00aa Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM), no Cambuci, investiga o caso. \u201cUma mulher, de 29 anos, registrou um boletim de ocorr\u00eancia contra seu companheiro, de 39 anos, pelos crimes de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, amea\u00e7a, vias de fato, viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica contra a mulher e inj\u00faria, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (2), pela Delegacia da Mulher Online. As a\u00e7\u00f5es teriam tido in\u00edcio em janeiro deste ano. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es foram encaminhadas para a 1\u00aa Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DMM), que prossegue com as dilig\u00eancias com o objetivo de esclarecer os fatos\u201d, disse a pasta, por meio de nota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A defesa de Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio Lula da Silva afirmou, por meio de nota, ter tomado conhecimento dos fatos narrados no boletim de ocorr\u00eancia e as classificou como \u201cfantasiosas\u201d.
