J\u00e1 o valor da multa ser\u00e1 fixado em R$ 2.950. Com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o por maioria do colegiado, o projeto segue sua tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na Casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na sequ\u00eancia, os parlamentares acataram o PL 440\/2023, do vereador Preto Aquino (Podemos), que obriga a publiciza\u00e7\u00e3o discriminada dos valores recebidos pelo Munic\u00edpio de Natal pela concess\u00e3o e multas provenientes de licenciamento de obras de engenharia, arquitetura e urbanismo no munic\u00edpio, previstos pela Lei Complementar n\u00ba 055\/2004. O objetivo da mat\u00e9ria \u00e9 promover o princ\u00edpio da publicidade para ampliar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular na gest\u00e3o, especialmente pela promo\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o como mecanismo de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o social dos atos administrativos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Mais uma vez este grupo tem\u00e1tico est\u00e1 com a pauta zerada, pois votamos todos os projetos que chegaram em nossas m\u00e3os. Trata-se de uma comiss\u00e3o que se debru\u00e7a sobre proposi\u00e7\u00f5es importantes, que garantem seguran\u00e7a vi\u00e1ria e ordenamento urbano, contribuem para o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico da cidade e geram empregos para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, avaliou o vice-presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Planejamento, vereador Klaus Ara\u00fajo (PSDB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
