Investigadores que atuam no inqu\u00e9rito, em fase de conclus\u00e3o, dizem \u201cn\u00e3o ver as digitais\u201d da ex-primeira-dama na venda de presentes recebidos durante o governo passado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os supostos crimes ser\u00e3o imputados pela Pol\u00edcia Federal a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/colunas\/paulo-cappelli\/bolsonaro-quebra-o-silencio-apos-pf-apontar-nova-joia-vendida-nos-eua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jair Bolsonaro<\/a>&nbsp;e outras pessoas de seu entorno. Investigadores acreditam ter coletado provas de que o ex-presidente sabia e avalizou a venda das joias. Contra Michelle, por\u00e9m, n\u00e3o foram encontradas evid\u00eancias de participa\u00e7\u00e3o nesses atos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre os aliados de Bolsonaro que tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e3o indiciados pela PF,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/colunas\/igor-gadelha\/pf-indiciara-bolsonaro-e-advogados-mas-nao-deve-pedir-prisao-agora\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">est\u00e3o dois advogados de sua mais alta confian\u00e7a<\/a>. A suspeita \u00e9 que ambos tenham atuado na&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metropoles.com\/sao-paulo\/envolvido-na-recompra-de-rolex-por-r-250-mil-wassef-acumula-dividas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recompra de um Rolex, por R$ 250 mil, nos Estados Unidos<\/a>. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o teria objetivo de ajudar Bolsonaro a reaver a mercadoria vendida para, segundo a Pol\u00edcia Federal, driblar a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ap\u00f3s os indiciamentos, caber\u00e1 \u00e0 Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) analisar cada caso para decidir contra quem oferecer\u00e1 den\u00fancia ao STF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depoimento \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a Pol\u00edcia Federal ouviu a ex-coordenadora do Gabinete Adjunto de Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o Hist\u00f3rica da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica (GADH) Marjorie de Freitas Guedes. A servidora afirmou que nenhum presente dado por chefes de Estado de outros pa\u00edses a Michelle Bolsonaro era registrado pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou por qualquer outro setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marjorie Guedes assumiu o cargo no GADH em outubro de 2020, permanecendo na fun\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 janeiro de 2023. Ela era respons\u00e1vel por catalogar os presentes enviados ao ent\u00e3o presidente Bolsonaro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conforme ela afirmou em depoimento \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal, \u201cdesde que estivesse expl\u00edcito no documento de encaminhamento que aquele objeto seria a ela [Michelle] direcionado, o referido objeto era direcionado ao Gabinete Adjunto de Gest\u00e3o Interna [GAGI\/PR]\u201d. A ex-coordenadora acrescentou que, \u201cat\u00e9 onde tinha conhecimento\u201d, o GAGI tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o fazia qualquer tipo de registro sobre o presente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A decis\u00e3o do Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o (TCU) que versa sobre a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos presentes, em vigor desde 2016, faz men\u00e7\u00e3o apenas a presidentes da Rep\u00fablica, sem estipular regras para primeiras-damas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O texto diz que devem ser incorporados ao patrim\u00f4nio da Uni\u00e3o \u201ctodos os documentos e presentes recebidos, pelos Presidentes da Rep\u00fablica, excluindo apenas os itens de natureza personal\u00edssima ou de consumo pr\u00f3prio\u201d. Para a defesa de Bolsonaro, joias seriam itens personal\u00edssimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alto valor<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre cinco joias caras destinadas a Michelle, Marjorie disse \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal que, \u201cpor quest\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a, considerando o alto valor dos objetos, o chefe de gabinete determinou que as joias fossem destinadas ao Pal\u00e1cio da Alvorada\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAlgum tempo depois, o administrador do Pal\u00e1cio da Alvorada entrou em contato informando que a caixa com as joias j\u00e1 estava na posse da primeira-dama, Michelle Bolsonaro\u201d, relatou a servidora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Futuro pol\u00edtico<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embora seja lembrada como potencial candidata \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia, Michelle Bolsonaro dever\u00e1 disputar o Senado, em 2026, pelo Distrito Federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre os cotados para receber o apoio de Bolsonaro ao Planalto, est\u00e3o Tarc\u00edsio, Caiado, Zema e Ratinho
