O casal alega no processo que a piscina n\u00e3o possu\u00eda tela de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, que houve neglig\u00eancia no socorro da crian\u00e7a e que o cantor demonstrou indiferen\u00e7a ap\u00f3s o incidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O portal de not\u00edcias G1 tentou entrar em contato com a assessoria de imprensa de Amado Batista para obter um posicionamento sobre o caso.No entanto, at\u00e9 a \u00faltima atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o desta reportagem, n\u00e3o houve retorno por parte do cantor ou de sua equipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trag\u00e9dia ocorreu no dia 20 de maio de 2022. referente aos anos de vida que a crian\u00e7a teria, estimados em 65 anos, totalizando um valor de R$ 450
