Na den\u00fancia, consta irregularidades nas obras do EST\u00c1DIO  MACHAD\u00c3O, com superfaturamento no valor de mais de 812 mil reais, com multa de 200 mil reais.<br>No texto diz: \u201cconsidero sua conduta eivada de culpa ainda mais grave do que a daqueles respons\u00e1veis que, originalmente, deram causa ao sobrepre\u00e7o. Assim, caracterizado o erro grosseiro de que trata o artigo 28 da Lei de Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s Normas do Direito Brasileiro, e levando em conta a natureza e a gravidade da infra\u00e7\u00e3o cometida, consoante disp\u00f5e o artigo 22, \u00a7 2\u00ba, da mesma Lei, proponho aplicar ao ex-prefeito multa proporcional ao dano, em montante equivalente a cerca de 13% do valor atualizado do relator e com fundamento nos arts. 1\u00ba, inciso I; 16, al\u00ednea \u201cc\u201d e \u00a7\u00a7 2\u00ba e 3\u00ba; 19; 23, inciso III; 26; 28, inciso II; e 57 da Lei 8.443\/1992 c\/c os arts. 214, inciso III, al\u00ednea \u201ca\u201d; e 217 do Regimento Interno, em:<br>9.3. aplicar multa aos respons\u00e1veis a seguir identificados, a ser recolhida aos cofres do Tesouro Nacional, com atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria calculada da data deste ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o at\u00e9 a data do pagamento, se este for efetuado ap\u00f3s o vencimento do prazo abaixo
