O relat\u00f3rio do TCE\/RN tem 64 p\u00e1ginas, datado de 11 de dezembro de 2023.<br>De acordo com a apura\u00e7\u00e3o do TCE, as ilegalidades se referem \u00e0 aus\u00eancia de envio de documentos, inconsist\u00eancias cont\u00e1beis, descumprimento do limite de despesa com pessoal, descumprimento de prazos, repasse ao poder legislativo maior que o limite constitucional estabelecido, dentre outras.<br>Em despacho no \u00faltimo dia 23 de janeiro, o conselheiro-relator do processo no TCE\/RN, Renato Costa Dias, considerando o relat\u00f3rio de auditoria com \u201cparecer pr\u00e9vio pela desaprova\u00e7\u00e3o das contas\u201d, determinou a cita\u00e7\u00e3o do prefeito Odon J\u00fanior para apresentar defesa. As contas de 2017 j\u00e1 foram reprovadas pelo TCE.
